Engineering Speed as a Brand Asset
For an Internet Service Provider, the corporate website is the ultimate proof of product. If an ISP's website is slow, prospective customers will subconsciously assume their internet connection is slow, too. My primary engineering directive was to ensure the digital portal loaded with absolute zero latency. By leveraging Next.js along with strict Cloudflare edge caching, I delivered a frontend experience that scores consistently at 95+ on Core Web Vitals, actively reinforcing the brand's core value proposition.
Dynamic CMS & Lead Generation Pipeline
While the frontend needed to be blazing fast, the business required dynamic operational controls. The ISP needed the ability to independently update broadband packages, issue promotional coupons, and publish service notices. I architected a custom, decoupled Node.js backend to handle this data dynamically without sacrificing the frontend's static load speeds.
Additionally, I engineered a highly optimized lead generation pipeline. When a user requests a new connection online, the data is securely sanitized and processed via an automated mailer system, instantly notifying the sales team and ensuring zero friction in the customer acquisition process.
Technical SEO & Local Market Capture
To drive inbound leads, the portal needed to dominate local search queries (e.g., "fast internet providers near me"). I utilized Next.js's native SEO capabilities to build dynamic XML sitemaps and properly structured semantic HTML. I also integrated a headless blog system, allowing the ISP to publish localized content that Google's crawlers can index instantly, driving highly targeted organic traffic directly to their package offerings.
Product Ownership & Infrastructure Delivery
Operating with a strict product ownership mindset, I managed this project through its entire lifecycle—from the initial architectural diagrams to final client handover. I provisioned the production Linux VPS, configured the backend environments securely via Dokploy, and orchestrated the DNS and caching layers. By testing every flow as an end-user before deployment, I ensured the final product was not just technically sound, but an intuitive, highly polished business asset for the client.
